Korean Butter Cream Flowers Class

Course Outline:
– to learn to make Italian meringue butter cream
– to cover a 6 ” Cake (provided) with butter cream
– to mix colours and arrange the flowers with fillers like buds, baby breath and leaves.

Types of flowers:

1. Rose
2. Chrysanthemum
3. Apple blossom
4. Ranunculus

Only Rm 480 !

*  Fees includes ingredients fee, recipes
*  6 ” Butter cake will be ready for students
*  Students will be provided with learning utensils and apron during the class
*  Leaners ONLY need to bring their own cake box (need height: 7” x 10” x 10”) to bring the cake home
*  Only 6 learners per class
